What clients have to say:

“I’ve been training with Kenny for a number of years….first, with weight training which was awesome. Several years ago he challenged me to try yoga for a while and I’ve not turned back. It has done as much for toning and definition as weights ever did. The side benefit was an education in plant based nutrition. I no longer have to think about what or how to eat, it’s now second nature. Kenny is the best trainer, educator and friend any of us could ask for!” Trish C.

“Kenny exudes an enthusiasm and passion for physical wellness which is infectious to others. He presents a holistic approach to exercise and lifestyle which is educational and motivating. I have taken classes from him for four years which has helped me immensely to keep fit and dedicated to maintaining my overall fitness level.” Rob B.

“It has been my privilege to be Kenny’s client for more than 20 years ever since he first became a personal trainer. I credit him for keeping me healthy and for avoiding the weight gain that happens to so many women after menopause. He is much more than a personal trainer. He is well versed in nutrition, various sports, yoga instruction, and other meditation practices. In sum, he is an accomplished wellness coach. He understands that fine line between pushing too hard — causing discouragement — and pushing just hard enough so that you continually make positive changes. Kenny guides you, and encourages you, and enables you to be your best self. His extensive knowledge, broad experience, and engaging personality all combine to make him a superb trainer and mentor.” Sherry M.

“Kenny always gets me motivated, even on those Monday mornings when I drag to class without much energy. He pushes us to do more, but in a light-hearted way with banter among the class that makes me want to lift those extra few pounds or do an additional rep. I leave class with a smile on my face and tired muscles.”  Barbara W.

“Kenny has been very inspirational in my life both in body and mind.  I first started taking a muscle fitness class with Kenny 15 fifteen years ago and  I have never met a teacher who exercised all your muscle groups, gave you tips on nutrition, and even touched on spirituality.  After a few weeks in his class, I noticed my body began to change – – there was muscle definition I had not seen since my twenties and I could do exercises I had not been able to do with a bad knee.  Here I was in my late forties and I had never been in such good shape.  Not only is Kenny interested in muscle definition but flexibility for the body and mind as well.  He became interested in yoga and started adding yoga stances to his muscle fitness class.  When Kenny becomes interested in a new form of exercise, he puts a lot of thought and time into it and masters it so that his students get excited about it.  Finally, what makes Kenny truly special is his  “zen like quality”, calm manner, and devotion to his students.  Kenny’s holistic approach to wellness pervades his whole being and this is his life philosophy.” Lisa F.

“Kenny is a great trainer and motivator.  He knows how to get the best out of you and help you achieve your fitness goals!” Christina R.

“I thank you, Kenny for the encouragements and guidance”. Gigi Q.
